Een betere voorbereiding scheelt tijd en geld<\/h6>\n

Het is van vitaal belang om je eisen en mogelijkheden goed te analyseren alvorens de ontwerpfase van start gaat. Dat is de enige manier om een project binnen het tijdsbestek en budget te realiseren. Het is vergelijkbaar met de diagnose van een arts, zonder welke het onmogelijk is om de juiste behandeling te bepalen.<\/p>\n

Voor het ontwerp van start gaat kun je de eisen van je project zonder problemen veranderen of aanpassen, zonder dat dit geld kost. Is het ontwerp eenmaal onderweg, dan wordt het gaandeweg moeilijker om belangrijke basiselementen nog te veranderen, en is de bouw begonnen, dan is het een kostbare en vaak onmogelijke zaak. Het rapport brengt je wensen en eisen in kaart en zet ze om in instructies voor de te bouwen ruimte en kwaliteit. We verkennen ook de regelgeving die op je project van toepassing is, doen een eerste voorstel voor een ontwerpstrategie en maken een schetsmatig budget.<\/p>\n
