{"id":6153,"date":"2019-01-21T16:28:28","date_gmt":"2019-01-21T16:28:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/zest.bluemammoth.nl\/?p=6153"},"modified":"2023-12-06T08:53:14","modified_gmt":"2023-12-06T08:53:14","slug":"alicante-auto-suficiente-casi-acabada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zestarchitecture.com\/es\/alicante-auto-suficiente-casi-acabada\/","title":{"rendered":"Casa auto-suficiente en Alicante: casi acabada&#8230;."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hemos estado construyendo un proyecto muy complejo en la sierra cerca de Alicante: la rehabilitaci\u00f3n de una antigua mas\u00eda de la cual solo quedaban las cuatro fachadas en pie; se ha rehabilitado el antiguo volumen, se han a\u00f1adido varias ampliaciones, una piscina y un garaje.<\/p>\n<p>La casa ya casi est\u00e1 terminada. El volumen principal se ha revestido con un sistema de aislamiento exterior (SATE) acabado con un revoco tradicional. Las distintas ampliaciones se han acabado en piedra local. Pronto podremos ense\u00f1aros un buen reportaje del proyecto finalizado, mientras os dejamos un peque\u00f1o avance.
